* packages/rrdtool-1.0.45-to-1.0.46-upgrade:
  Make a copy of packages/rrdtool-1.0.45 to perform the upgrade to
  rrdtool 1.0.46 in.  This upgrade requires multiple steps as some
  files in rrdtool-1.0.45 have been moved to different directories and
  svn will not allow a move of a directory and then moving of contents
  of that directory with an intermediate commit.
