Step 1 of moving deleting orca-aix-stat.pl.in and renaming
orca-aixtsm-stat.pl.in to orca-aix-stat.pl.in.  Since the differences
between orca-aixtsm-stat.pl.in and orca-aix-stat.pl.in are just the
addition of some TSM statistics, it's better just to have a single
script that measures everything with an optional flag to turn on or
off the new measurements.
