Ok, I was able to pipe the output to nawk and the number of fields do not change. Is it possible to fully rm Orca & the packages so I can start from scratch? Unless you have a fix. I've installed the tool on 30 or so servers and this one isn't any different, but it has all the problems.

Well, replace bzcat with the uncompression program you used to compress
your orcallator output and pipe that output to nawk.
