No, you're not.  Subversion had a bug in it so when I imported the
latest code into it, properties on the files already exiting in the
repository were reverted to older versions.

I've reverted the repository to rev 150 and orca 0.27b2 until this
gets sorted out.

The final orca-0.27b3 has been posted to

http://www.orcaware.com/orca/pub/orca-0.27b3.tar.gz

I've filled a bug report with the Subversion team to fix the
issue, but right now it hasn't been fixed.  When it does, then
I'll check the code in.
