[Orca-dev] A little restructuring

Mr. Blair,
Here are my 2 cents:
1) "data_gatherers" is a pretty descritive name. I vote for it.
2) "linuxallator" is a trend to follow.
It opens space for the future gatherers:
- aixallator
- bsdallator
- and so on.....
