[Orca-dev] Question on Time-HiRes Perl Module

Blair,

Is the Time-HiRes perl module used in 0.27 at all ?  I noticed that the 
Orca configure script looks for it (and doesn't find it on this particular 
system as its not installed) but when I ran make install_modules it didn't 
install this module.  Orca appears to be running just fine without it.
