[Orca-dev] Subversion server upgraded to 0.24.2

Hello,

I've upgraded the OrcaWare Subversion server to the official 0.24.2 release.

You will need a 0.23.0 or newer release of the Subversion client to
communicate with the Subversion server.

Below is what's new in this version compared to the previously installed
0.24.2 server.

Version 0.24.2 (released 18 June 2003, revision 6284, branches/release-0.24.2)

 User-visible changes:
 * fix 'svn export' potential segfault
 * fix occasional diff test failures
 * fix 'svnadmin dump' memory hog
 * fix new-dir-with-spaces bug

 Developer-visible changes:
 * none
