Your current orca_service code has been committed into 
http://svn.orcaware.com:8000/repos/branches/orca/import_orca_services_2.0

Please update that code base when you send changes back - assuming you have 
a subversion client.  This will make it a lot easier to make the changes 
before they get committed.

If you don't have subversion, I've put a non-svn code package for this at:

http://chivas.oneill.dhs.org/export_import_orca_services_2.0.tgz

Make updates to this and send diff's back to the orca-dev mailing list.
