[Orca-dev] Orca Subversion server upgraded to rev 5254

I just upgraded my apr/apr-util/httpd-2.0 to today's HEAD and Subversion
to revision 5254.  Let me know if you have any issues with the new server.

There may be issues with older Subversion clients that can't parse some
of the new headers, so you may need to upgrade to svn head.
