[Orca-dev] Watch_Web Addon for procallator

Hi all,

the addon in procallator seems to be working stable.
New files are attached to this mail.
Changelog for procallator.pl:
- Added comments to some of the 'cryptic' functions
- Added comments in general to the sections i worked on
- Added new function to calculate fix rates per second
- Added WATCH_WEB Section
- Marked up section with the user configurable values

Changelog for procallator.cfg:
- Added config params out of orcallator.cfg (plot generation)
- Added plots for webserver monitoring
- Commented warn_email
- Corrected some smaller typos
