[Orca-dev] Patch for RRDtool 1.2

Here's a patch for RRDtool 1.2 support - it detects which version
you're running with and does the right thing for both 1.0 and 1.2.
I've actually been running with the patch using both RRDtool 1.0.50
and 1.2.10 - using 1.2 w/ Orca is way too slow for old hardware, but
it is a lot prettier :)

Obviously the patch is based on what other's figured out, all I've
done is conditionalise it appropriately (and not change the format of
the date string).
