[Orca-dev] Track UDP in orcallator

I needed to track UDP drops in orcallator, so I added all the UDP
stuff I could spot to orcallator. Patch attached.

It has one extra patch - it adds the iprb interface to the 100Mb
interfaces in the default config. iprb is the Intel 82558/82559
driver.
