What is your open file descriptor limit (use the limit or ulimit
shell program)? Orca assumes that it can use around 100+ file
descriptors. If your limit is smaller, then either increase it or
edit lib/Orca/OpenFileHash.pm and change 100 to a smaller number that
doesn't cause Orca to complain.
