This version of RRDtool will have the problem.  Two solutions:

1) Use the RRDtool version 1.07.2 supplied with Orca 0.25
2)
   a) Upgrade to version 1.0.13
   b) Find the GPRINT line in orca.pl.in and change all the %f to
       %lf.
