Both standard c and perl have functions which convert a string format of
time to epoch time. I'm not sure what the function names are though.

Subject: [orca-users] epoch?

Hi!

I have a input file with date format like 2000-jul-01 00:09:45.
But orca can't handle that (what I know).
So, I wonder if someone of you can help me with that?
How can I take a string and turn it into epoch seconds?

Thanks in advance!
Fredrik
