Phillip,

The state file is not the issue.  If Orca finds files to read and create plots
for, it'll create the state file.  The problem is that there are no input
data files that Orca can find.

Can you check the setting of your find_files parameter and see the directory
and regular expression it has and compare this to the location of your output
percol-* files?  The two should match.  If not, either change the find_files
to find your percol-* files or change start_orcallator to point OUTDIR to
the correct location.

Also, you shouldn't need to set SEPATH.  The se program should do that
automatically for a properly installed SE.
