[Orca-users] Patch compilation errors

The 0.26 patch seemed to go well, no errors, but after recompilation
(with apparently no errors...it's hard to tell) execution now dies
with the error:

Global symbol "$open_file_hash" requires explicit package name at
/usr/local/lib/Orca/SourceFile.pm line 875.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/bin/orca line 54.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/orca line 54.

What did I miss?
