No idea why. Maybe the nohup in start_orcallator.sh as
nohup $SE $SE_PATCHES -DWATCH_OS $WATCH_WEB $libdir/orcallator.se &
should be changed to
/usr/bin/nohup $SE $SE_PATCHES -DWATCH_OS $WATCH_WEB
$libdir/orcallator.se &
Can you try this and see if it helps?
