Are you talking about Orca the Perl script or orcallator.se?

For orcallator.se, the CPU usage is almost 0 because it sleeps for 5
minutes at a time.  If you are watching web logs, then the CPU usage will
be much greater because orcallator.se will wake up every 5 seconds and
read the new lines in the access_log.

Orca, the Perl script, usage can munch a whole computer depending upon
the number of hosts you are monitoring.
