You'll get at least one warning from SE.  Try running it as root and
as non-root by hand and saving the output to two different files.  Do
a diff between them to see which columns in the first line of each file
are different.

You may not get all the data you would as root, but I don't know which
one's will be missing.

Let us all know what you find out, as this would be good to know.
