We have fixed the problem. We are running apache as root with port
80. We were changing permissions to 644 for the html dir but did not
realize that there was a {hostname} directory under that. It's
permissions were 700 and the files 600. So we could not view the
files. Have changed perms and now see data. We be investigating
product further. Thanks the help.
