[Orca-users] Anyone having problems with rsync'd file having "weird" modification timestamps ?

Has anyone else seen a problem in the Orca environment when using rsync 
that the datafile pulled from a remote system has a "weird" timestamp 
?  Say "Oct 16 2002" instead of "Oct 16 14:28" ?

I'm having a problem in one of my environments where Orca dies at or it 
continues running but it stops updating the graphs (e.g. RRD file probably 
too since the graphs come from them).

I have to restart the Orca graphing routine to force it to update the 
RRDs/Graphs.
