One annoying aspect to the Orca graphing element ... well, its annoying to 
me ... is when you run it for the very first time.  The orca perl script is 
rather picky about not seeing any source files.

So what you need to do is let the data collectors run for at least 5 
minutes to generate some data in the source directory - THEN startup the 
grapher.  Assuming you don't have anymore problems with your configuration, 
it should start graphing.
