You could have an area you "receive" the data from the other machines that 
uses the --delete switch.  Then have another rsync that LOCALLY rsync's 
this directory to another directory but this rsync runs WITHOUT the 
--delete switch.  You then point the Orca grapher at this second 
directory.  It now has access to all the data.
