Can't say why its  working on one server but not on other.

oh may be you want to check the netstat cmd.

try this script which I use.

Hi Rajesh,
 
in running the stats.pl script on AIX 4.3.3, the process launches fine
and begins writing the log file.
 
But after an hour or hour+1/2 the process is still seen running, 
but data stops writing to the file.
 
The same script, is running on another aix 4.3.3 server with no problem.
 
Any ideas?
