I have 6 orca "clients" set up. All have been configured the same way.
The system that also has the orca software loaded on it is not having its
graphs updated. All other "clients" are fine. I stopped/started orca on
the "server" (or the "data collection point" if you like) and this creates
a new directory for the server in question. I stop/start cron which runs
<path>/bin/orca -v <path>/lib/orcallator.cfg (every 30 minutes) but the
graphs for the server in question only get the initial creation, no
further updates.
On the server (which is an orca client of itself) I have the following
processes running. One is for the client portion and the other is the
server portion as I understand it.
ps -ef|grep orca
root 17357 16773 17 09:34:35 pts/2 0:53
/freeware/perl/perl-5.6/bin/perl -w ./bin/orca -v ./lib/orcallator.cfg
root 17790 16773 0 09:36:46 pts/2 0:00 grep orca
root 17222 1 0 09:33:46 pts/2 0:02
/opt/RICHPse/bin/se.sparcv9.5.8 -DWATCH_OS
/packages/performance/orca/install/l
I checked permissions in the html dir and it looks okay. I remove the
directory for the server in question and restarting orca re-creates it.
