I didn't figure out exactly what it was but that wasn't it.  The data I was 
pulling in was from Nov '02 through Jan '03.  It almost seems the 
transition from year '02 to '03 messed Orca or RRD up.  When I pulled just 
Jan '03 data out and reran, it worked just fine.  This may be complete crap 
because of all the stuff I was doing in between attempts but this seems to 
be what happened.
