What's the md5sum of the new download?  It should be

% md5sum orca-0.27.tar.gz
25671014668c83ded309c494048b96ac  orca-0.27.tar.gz

If it isn't, then I'm guessing you got the old download, probably
because of a proxy caching the old version.
