So the intermediate RRD files are there. Just a quick question,
but is the disk full that the png's are being generated on? Any
quota's running?

It looks like the RRD files may also be corrupted judging by the
error message:

/files/orca/bin/orca: warning: cannot create
`/files/orca/html/orcallator/admin-dev1/o_admin-dev1_gauge_1024_X_freememK-monthly.png':
fetching cdp from rra

Can you do the following:

1) Stop Orca.
2) Delete all your *rrd files.
3) Run Orca.

Also, make sure you're using the latest version of RRD,
which is 1.0.45.

Best,
Blair
