You didn't install the Math::IntervalSearch Perl module.

Please read the entire contents of the INSTALL file.  It goes into
(almost) too great detail in installing all of your required modules.

You could probably just run 'make install_modules' in your top level
orca-0.27 directory and it'll install the required modules.
