[Orca-users] HOWTO implement "Aberrant behavior detection"?

Ian,

I was intrigued by your comments and followed the URLs. How much work was it
to implement "Aberrant behavior detection"? a standard-deviation-type
confidence interval would be overkill for my purposes, but maybe I would
like a simple threshold-to-email/page trigger for some events.
