SE Toolkit is only for Solaris.  For Linux look in the
contrib/procallator directory when you untar the Orca tarball.  There's
a perl script used as the data collector.  A README file has some brief
instructions.

I've been running it for a while now on my RH9 system.  Graphs are at
http://www.dennett.org.orca/procallator.  I added code to the script to
collect the system temperatures and fan speed. Someone else provided
code to gather some web server stats.
