Assuming you have everything configured correctly, point your browser to the
URL that corresponds to the "html_dir" line in your config file. If that
path is not under the document root for your web server, you'll need to add
the appropriate lines in your web server configuration to redirect to that
path.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to post more details about how you've got
orca set up and configured, what you're doing to view the graphs, and what
happens when you do.
