While running procollator for gathering linux stats, i am seeing a lot of
warning messages and cannot create notices.

This is my 1st ocra run after RTFM all the install and readmes. so I might
have rboken something.

I stood up a vhost on my apache server called it stats and I get the main
page but no images are generated....
