Orca already collects uptime information, try putting soemthign like this
into your orcallator.cfg file to start generating graphs (pulled from the
AIX orcallator.cfg file):

title                   %g System Uptime
source                  orcallator
data                    uptime /86400
line_type               area
legend                  Number of Day/s
y_legend                Days
data_min                0
href
