Whenever I upgrade Orca, I have to make modifications to the Winallator
stuff to make it work. For instance, it doesn't handle Windows EOL
characters properly (when run on a Unix box), so I had to make some
tweaks to the SourceFile.pm patches it applies. It also doesn't handle
blank fields right (apparently it needs to translate them to some
number, like 0.0).

I can send you a diff between my (working) winallator SourceFile.pm and
the one included in the latest build.

BTW, for clarification purposes -- even though "winallator" is in the
"data_gatherers" directory, it doesn't actually gather the performance
data from the system -- it merely converts Windows "perfrmon" data into
Orca-happy data format. That might be different from the "Orca for NT"
you're talking about (which could be construed as a Windows version of
the rrd-to-graphs&html part of the flow -- not sure if that's working on
Windows?).

Blair, pending QA confirmation from Phillip, I can also send the updated
patch to you to replace the existing patch in the distribution's
winallator directory. Assuming that there aren't any active toes for me
to step on. :) I haven't managed to get svn working through the
corporate firewalls & proxies, otherwise I'd be happy to do it myself.
It may be time to revisit that, though.
