[Orca-users] Network stats NoCP generation

We used to get 300 of those per second back at my GeoCities days running 
the 2.6 kernel.  Updating to 2.7 lowered that to 10-15 per second.

But back then, we also had the Resonate software based layer 4 load 
balancer running on the boxes.
