[Orca-users] copying files by hand

Our process to copy the Orca files broke down this week. I need to copy
the files by hand until I get the automated process going again.

The last files on the server are:
-rw-r--r-- 1 sysnav sysnav 42478 Aug 6 23:55
orcallator-2006-08-06-000.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 sysnav sysnav 199807 Aug 7 10:40
orcallator-2006-08-07-000

The last files on the client are:
-rw-r--r-- 1 sysnav root 42478 Aug 6 23:55
orcallator-2006-08-06-000.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 sysnav root 53235 Aug 7 23:55
orcallator-2006-08-07-000.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 53207 Aug 8 23:55
orcallator-2006-08-08-000.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 52348 Aug 9 23:55
orcallator-2006-08-09-000.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 52065 Aug 10 23:55
orcallator-2006-08-10-000.bz2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 267435 Aug 11 14:20
orcallator-2006-08-11-000
I believe the process broke down just after 10:40 on Aug. 7. Can I
copy the (.bz2) Aug. 7th file and then delete the old Aug. 7th file to
clean up that day?
Will copying the files for Aug. 8th onward and then signaling orca with
HUP bring the plots up todate?

I did not (nor have I ever) installed Orca. I'm just trying to pick up
the pieces and get it going again.

Thanks and have a good weekend,
