[Orca-users] Orca needs an updated FAQ

I think there is a need for an update to the FAQ with a certification
matrix of combinations of hardware, O/S, C Compiler, Perl, and version
of Orca that is "known to work" or "reported to work". The Sun HCL for
Solaris 10 on bigadmin I think would make a fine model.
I myself spent so many hours hacking on Orca snapshots with gcc 3.4.2,
Solaris 10 3/05 and Perl 5.8 on a v240 and I never could never get it
to work! Since I couldn't get exclusive access to a Sol9 machine
(needful developers!), I abandoned Orca and began to play with Nagios,
Cactus & PHP. That was 12 months ago I still have not revived my Orca
deployment. A FAQ with a certification matrix would save many people
hours of toil.
