[Orca-users] Attempting to install Orca for the first time

In addition to the method from Antenore below (fix with gcc)
you can also go the Sun cc route:

Sun Studio 12 cc (formerly Forte) is now free, as in beer (not free as
in Freedom). So you could try installing that and seeing if orca
compiles successfully.

However I have made the point before, the the problem module in the
orca distribution is rrdtool.  I think I'll try to compile it myself on
Solaris 11 svn_81 for for kicks.
