Hello All,
I'm brand new to this so please bare with me. Has anyone successfully installed Orca on a RedHat Linux 5.2 64 bit system? I've been trying to do it unsuccessfully. I'm trying to install the orca-snapshot-r535.tar snapshot because at first I was getting `x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu': machine `x86_64-unknown' not recognized. I found a note in the mailing list archives to install the latest snapshot to get around this problem which I have. Next after untarring the file I ran the configure script with # ./configure --with-html-dir=/home/orca/public_html --with-rrd-dir=/home/orca/orca-snapshot-r535/packages/rrdtool-1.0.50 --with-base-dir=/home/orca/orca-snapshot-r535. The configure runs okay. Now when I do the make, it gets to a certain point and returns the following
RRDs.c: In function âXS_RRDs_xportâ:
RRDs.c:322: warning: unused variable âtargâ
RRDs.c:321: warning: unused variable âRETVALâ

The make ends here. Any suggestions ? Someone here suggested that it might have something to do with Perl. The Perl installed on this system is
perl-5.8.8-10.el5_2.3.
Thanks
