You cannot download the package from there directly as it is meant to  
be used
with pkg-get or pkgutil. For manual download please select a mirror from

This package is from

The main difference between the OpenCSW and the SourceForge-package
is that the SourceForge package contains binaries for sparc and x86  
where
there are two separate OpenCSW packages. Additionally, the directory
structure differs slightly: RICHPse is in the traditional style as it  
has been for
the last 10 years, OpenCSW is in the usual /opt/csw directory structure.

Usually you are fine with RICHPse. However, there will hopefully be
an OpenCSW package of Orca in the future which allows installation with
   pkg-get -i orca   for the client
   pkg-get -i orca_web  for the webserver
and be done with it.
