[Orca-users] two errors starting orca

I'm trying to install orca using the packages from OpenCSW. I have a couple of LDoms (Sun T5220) running Solaris 10 u5 to test with. On one (sys1) I've installed orca and orca_web. On the other (sysa) I've installed orca.
I have the collector running on both.
When I try to start orca I get two errors: cannot open state file and no files found for 'find_files'.
I created subdirectories using the hostname of the servers and copied a collection file and one bz2-ed collection file, but that didn't help. What are the path(s) and file name(s) that orca is expecting?
Here's the console output, a couple of lines from the .cfg file and an ls of my input files.
/opt/csw/bin/orca -v /opt/csw/etc/orca_services.cfg
