[Orca-users] where does state_k come from?

I am trying to confirm that Orca is reporting the correct value for state-k.  Where/how does SETool Kit get the value passed to Orca as state_k?

Below are a few records from an orcallator file covering the time when the server was basically hung (I think - it was after hours).  Note the sample at 19:05:00 is followed by 21:00:00
