[Svnmerge] svnmerge avail log ordering

While we're making changes I'd like to propose that the default
ordering for the log messages displayed by "svnmerge avail -l"
be changed to show most recent first, as "svn log" does, instead
of oldest first.

In practice I've found I often end up skipping the same old revisions
again and again each time I have to do a merge to get to the most
recent ones that I really want to see.

Of course "svnmerge block" could also solve that problem but that's
not always appropriate.

What do others think? We can also add a flag.
