[Svnmerge] svnmerge executable problem

Hi guys,
 
I am trying to download the svnmerge.exe file from the svnmerge wiki page and it is throwing the "Page not found error".
 
It looks like the file is not accessible to download or something.
 
Can anybody send me the executable if they have it handy.
