[Svnmerge] Trac friendly log messages

Does anybody have:

1. A patch for svnmerge to allow for a log file template that would
specify the format of the log file.
2. A patch for svnmerge to use a short Trac-friendly message if
triggered by a flag such as -t.

On a side note, would people consider moving to -c instead of -r so that
we could use variables like "start" instead of "start -1"?  That would
require svn 1.4 so it's probably not a great idea.  My proposed format
would be:

Merged log:/trunk#15111:15159

Where /trunk is the folder of the repository
15111 is the start + 1 revision
15159 is the end revision

Myself and a friend should have something for the group tomorrow but I
was wondering if anybody else had thoughts.
