[Svnmerge] Unable to get --bidirectional flag to work.

I think this is the problem.  You can use 'svn propedit' to fix the
property temporarily, and then next time you run svnmerge init for a
new branch, check the resulting property carefully to ensure it
doesn't have a double-slash.
