[Svnmerge] Problems with latest stable svnmerge.py on RHEL4

Yeah, that's really ancient.  Don't expect any support in svnmerge.py  
for that one.

If you do want to support it yourself, you'll need to edit svnmerge.py  
to remove the command line options it doesn't understand, such as -- 
non-interactive.
