Could you put together a patch for Orca using MIME::Lite?

Maybe we should add a new configuration option, something like smtp_server
so that non-Unix people can set it.  By default it'll be localhost.

MIME::Lite->send('smtp', "smtp.myisp.net");

If this isn't the best way to handle this, then do what you think is best.
